Hello, I also visited the Qatar Airways Athens Office some time back and inquired about luggage allowances, and to my surprise, the service provided to me was exemplary. Knowledgeable personnel spared some time explaining clearly the allowance in terms of luggage. Also, they helped change my seat easily, which really came in handy. Having the help that I required prior to my departure was made easy by the office's convenient placement within the airport. The staff ensured that everything of concern was resolved quickly, and I felt well attended to. If assistance is ever needed traveling, I will most definitely return.
