Hi, Taking an elderly parent along can be difficult, so I went to the United Airlines Shanghai Office to make special arrangements for our travel to San Francisco. The team was understanding and very well-organized. They organized wheelchair facilities at both destination and departure airports and provided priority boarding. They even booked seats close to the front of the cabin to ease boarding and alighting. Their understanding of senior travel needs truly stood out. Thanks to their thorough planning, our journey went smoothly and comfortably. The Shanghai office provided exceptional customer care, and I’m grateful for how they prioritized our comfort every step of the way.
