Hi, I had a family crisis and had to reschedule my flight just hours from the time of departure. I ran directly to the Jetblue Airlines Orlando Office and I'm really glad that I did. The representative was pleasant, speedy, and amazingly efficient. She got me switched over to an earlier flight without having to deal with long wait times or convoluted policies. She even accompanied me through baggage re-check and security time estimate at Terminal C. Such personalized service is difficult to come by today, and I was impressed at how smoothly it went. Due to them, I arrived home on time without extra stress.
