Flying into Las Vegas can be exciting, but the airport experience is much easier when you know what to expect. LAS Airport is close to the Strip, so getting to and from most hotels is usually pretty convenient.
If you are flying out, I would recommend checking your terminal and airline information before leaving your hotel. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 handle different flights, and going to the wrong terminal can waste valuable time. Arriving early is also a good idea, especially during weekends, holidays, or busy travel periods.
There are plenty of places to grab food, coffee, or a quick snack while waiting for your flight. If you have checked luggage, give yourself extra time for the check-in and baggage process.
For arrivals, having a transportation plan helps. Whether you are using a taxi, rideshare, rental car, or shuttle, knowing where you need to go ahead of time can make things much smoother.
