If you are unable to log in to your Metamask login or use any of its services, then you first need to log out from the "Settings" menu and select the "Import using account Secret Recovery Phrase" option. After choosing this option, you just need to follow the prompts and enter the 12-word secret recovery phrase in the given spaces for recovery.
