It would be best to keep your replacement cartridges handy before beginning the ink cartridge installation. Also, remember that you must install new cartridges immediately after removing the old ones. Also, leave your old cartridges in the printer until you are ready to replace them. This prevents the print head nozzles from drying out in 7720 epson printer. Here’s a guide to help you replace ink cartridges in your printer.
First, if all, switch on your product.
Then note which cartridges need to be replaced and follow the instructions on the screen.
Click on the home button
Then select Settings
Then tap on Maintenance and choose Ink Cartridge Replacement
After that, tap on Start and lift the scanner unit.
Then open the cartridge cover.
Keep in mind to dispose of the used cartridges carefully.
If the ink gets on your skin, wash it thoroughly with soap and water.
Then squeeze the tab on the cartridge and lift the cartridge
Then gently shake the new cartridge four to five times and remove the cartridge from the package.
After that, insert the new cartridge into the holder
Then close the cartridge cover
Lastly, lift the scanner unit and open the cartridge cover
Then press the ink cartridge down until it clicks into place.
Close the cartridge cover, and ink replacement is complete when you see a completion message on the LCD screen.
Always remember that if you remove an ink cartridge for later use, it is important to protect the ink supply area from dirt and dust in epson workforce 7720 printer and not touch the ink supply port or surrounding area.
