HBO is the TV channel that offers the best quality programs. HBO wins more Emmy Awards than any other network each year. Perhaps premium TV doesn't have a filter.
These shows are, in my opinion, some of the greatest hbo max tv sign in shows ever.
True Blood was my first episode and it hooked me immediately. This series is addictive and Alan Ball, creator of Six Feet Under, has hit the jackpot with this graphic vampire series.
It's no surprise that the Sopranos, everyone's favorite Italian family must be on any list of HBO's best shows. Fans who are looking for mafia TV will be missing James Gandolfini, the perfect casting choice for Tony Soprano.
A list of HBO shows wouldn't be complete without including at least one comedy. For me, Curb Your Enthusiasm is the clear winner. Larry David is a special man. Larry David sees the world differently than anyone else.
Hard Knocks is another TV show worth mentioning. Hard Knocks is a TV show that follows the journey of an NFL team, from their preparations for the regular season to their trials and tribulations. The Jets are the latest team to appear on the show. The Bengals were entertaining but the Jets took it to another level.
The Wire is the final show on the list. In my opinion, it is among the top five most popular shows in TV history. This is not a show for younger viewers or those with weaker hearts.
