Take this medication by mouth, with or without food, as directed by your doctor. Never take more medication than is recommended or use Pain O Soma 500mg more frequently or for longer than advised. You won't get better any quicker, and there will be a greater likelihood of side effects. Your medical condition and response to treatment will determine the dosage. You should only use this medication for a brief amount of time unless your doctor instructs you otherwise. Abruptly stopping this medication could cause withdrawal symptoms. Your doctor may lower your dosage gradually to assist in avoiding withdrawal. If you have taken high doses of carisoprodol for an extended period, withdrawal is more likely to occur.
