This is one of the smallest SMD capacitor sizes, measuring approximately smd capacitor sizes 0.4mm x 0.2mm (length x width). These capacitors are used in ultra-compact electronic devices where space is at a premium. Slightly larger than 01005, the 0201 size capacitor measures around 0.6mm x 0.3mm. Despite being small, they offer slightly better handling characteristics during assembly.
