Malegra 25 mg contains the active ingredient Sildenafil, which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, thereby helping to achieve and maintain an erection.
When a man is sexually aroused, the release of nitric oxide (NO) in the erectile tissue of the penis leads to the activation of an enzyme called guanylate cyclase.
