Fildena 120 which contains sildenafil citrate, acts as a PDE5 inhibitor. When consumed, it inhibits the function of the PDE5 enzyme, resulting in elevated levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) in the penis' corpus cavernosum. Elevated cGMP levels relax smooth muscles, dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow to the genital area, resulting in harder and more persistent erections. This medicine does not produce erections by itself; sexual stimulation is required for it to work. Fildena 120 normally works within 30 to 60 minutes of ingestion and is effective for up to 4 to 6 hours. Consultation with a healthcare practitioner is required for proper use.
