Hey guys, I’m looking for advice on implementing modern technology into my small business. I’ve heard a lot about AI, big data, the Internet of Things, and blockchain, but I’m not sure how practical they are for a small business like mine. Has anyone here implemented any of these technologies? What benefits have you seen?

I’ve actually implemented several of these technologies into my own small business and have seen significant benefits.
