They guaranteed a seamless check-in procedure and gave comprehensive instructions on flight specifics. I valued their quick replies and readiness to help with any issues. The actual office was tidy, orderly, and welcoming. My visit went smoothly overall, and I was pleased with Delta's first-rate customer service and felt confident when I departed. Strongly advised.
