Hello, I am Kimoy Chi. I was delighted to spend time in the KLM Airlines Ho Chi Minh Office The staff was quite professional and helpful, from answering my questions, getting my reservation done well, and in a prompt fashion. The office is very clean, organized, and warm. They surpassed in ensuring that I gathered every detail I needed before I left for my trip. Considering everything, I am happy with their customer services and will certainly advise the visit to the KLM office in case of any problems concerning airlines.
