Easy, smooth trip at AirAsia KJT Terminal with quick check-in, clean areas, and nice staff. They have many food choices, but there are not too many places to sit around. More charging stations should be added. It has clear signs and modern facilities that make it easy to get around the terminal. It can get busy in some areas during busy times, but the atmosphere never gets tense. It's a convenient and easy experience when traveling, making for comfort. Great for fast snacks, shopping, and easy flight access.
