AdWords and Google Toolbar: In the year 2000, the duo of McNealy and other Google executives released two new products: AdWords, a pay-per-click advertising system, and the Google Toolbar, a browser that made Google search the standard for users’ browsing experience.
IPO and Global Expansion: In 2004, Google decided to float its stock at $85 per share and thus came up with an IPO of $1.67 billion. The company has recently started its international operation and currently has offices in different countries.
