When I went to the United Airlines Fort Lauderdale Office everything seemed pretty perfect. The questions that had kept me wondering throughout about the flight I wanted were all answered. They helped make things as simple to understand by providing very accurate information, not plain. Their waiting space was so cozy. Their office is very spotless and well-organized. Since the staff was so fast at work, one could hardly take a long wait. The crew was competent and professional, and the service was excellent overall. Anyone who wants assistance with their trip arrangements should contact this agency, in my opinion.
