My stay at the United Airlines London office was enhanced by the kind, professional behaviour of every employee who attended to all of my requests. I was able to see how well they handled my reservation and gave me concise details of the flying rules. Every room I saw was neat, well-thought-out, and comfortable. They successfully calmed my worries and provided courteous answers to my questions. Overall, excellent service. I would definitely come back here for any upcoming travel plans.
