Quality services are provided here at Copa Airlines New York Office.They always make sure that they do everything possible to ensure a comfortable, seamless, and stress-free experience for their customers. The team is very knowledgeable and efficient and takes care to see that all travel-related inquiries go through in a timely manner. I liked the assistance I received regarding ticketing changes and the information that was provided concerning flight schedules and policies. The office is well set out, and the ambiance is friendly. Although service was good, waiting times could have been shorter during the busier hours. Greatly satisfied overall, with trust in my future travels with Copa Airlines. Highly recommended for good customer service!
