Hi! Among the best parts of our tour to the KLM Airlines Colombo Office was the excellent customer service. Not only were the agents polite but also extremely accommodating. My parents are old and had a couple of special requests regarding wheelchair assistance and meal orders on board. The agents dealt with everything with ease, taking note of all the special requirements in their records. This type of care truly paid off and relaxed our minds, knowing that our travel requirements were taken care of. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend their services for a smooth and hassle-free journey!
