Hi, The Spirit Airlines CHS Terminal provided an on-time, drama-free departure that I enjoyed. Check-in was speedy, and security never exceeded 10 minutes. Spirit employees were present and happy to respond to questions, and the gate area was peaceful, despite having a near-full flight. Boarding started precisely when the screens indicated it would, and the operation was seamless. I liked how Spirit gate agents routed traffic well, even announcing boarding groups loudly to prevent confusion. The flight even departed from the gate a few minutes ahead of schedule, something not often seen and certainly a pleasant surprise. I was able to snag a quick snack and coffee before boarding, courtesy of the tight layout and short distance between security and the gate. CHS as a whole did a wonderful job of accommodating Spirit's efficiency. It was a nice change to travel without delays or unnecessary waits. If punctuality is most important, Spirit's Charleston terminal is an excellent place to facilitate punctual travel.
