Hi, Customer service in the Turkish Airlines LAX Terminal was truly among the best I've ever had at an airport. I had a problem with my reservation because of an unexpected scheduling change and was quite nervous. But the help desk rep listened carefully, calmed me down, and scanned for alternative flights in a jiffy. I never felt rushed or dismissed but rather like I was in capable hands. Once they sorted out a new flight, they even assisted in re-tagging my luggage tag and told me what to expect at the transition airport. Not only was the resolution impressive, but also the professionalism and compassion that they used while resolving the matter. The terminal itself was quite clean, with signs clearly noting key areas that minimized confusion. It's hard to come by with wonderful assistance on unplanned travel glitches, but this airport provided just that. Turkish Airlines has truly perfected service at their LAX hub.
