Hi, I had a comfortable and hassle-free encounter at the Qatar Airways Abidjan Office when I requested information regarding baggage rules. The attendants were polite and explained everything in detail so I wouldn't be surprised at the airport. They clarified the checked bag weight restrictions and carry-on regulations and even gave me advice on how to keep from having to pay extra fees. I was also impressed by how fast the service was. I did not have to wait, and my questions were answered promptly and professionally. If you are traveling with Qatar Airways from Abidjan, dropping by this office in case you have some questions or need help is certainly a good option. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
