I’m adding cardio to my routine with an elliptical. The Commercial Elliptical Ntaifitness Superfit-7007 from Ntaifitness looks smooth and affordable. Life Fitness ellipticals are great but pricey. Anyone using the Ntaifitness Superfit-7007 for 30-minute sessions? How’s it for Conditioning Equipment? I’m aiming for 5x/week. Any elliptical workout plans?
