When I was organizing a family trip to Bangkok, I went to the Qatar Airways Abuja Office in Nigeria for assistance, and they facilitated the whole experience with ease. I had various issues with child fares, seat allocation, and in-flight meals, but all the staff members were extremely courteous. The representative even suggested booking at the best time for affordable fares and how booking directly at the office would be beneficial. They also gave recommendations for airport lounge use in Doha and coping with a lengthy layover with children. I really felt they were concerned with our comfort and experience. Their assistance extended far beyond the process of booking flights — it felt more like travel consultation. It is not common to find airline branches that give this level of personal attention and professionalism.
