Remember that when you had logged into your Google account, there was an option which read something like, "Don't ask again on this device?" If you login on any machine without deselecting that option, Google considers the device as your trusted device and never asks for 2FA on the machine. The most likely thing is that it is yours or of some person whom you trust.
