Hi, I needed to change my flight at the last minute because of a personal crisis, and the Qatar Airways Abu Dhabi Office handled it easily and with no stress. I came in pretty nervous, anticipating problems, but the team put me at ease right away. They arranged an alternative flight for the following day and only imposed a low change fee due to my ticket type. I was also provided with help in rescheduling my hotel reservation via their travel partners. The agent even had my revised itinerary printed out and explained the new timings to me. I appreciate how helpful and friendly everyone was. It's not always a pleasant experience dealing with last-minute alterations, but Qatar Airways' staff in Abu Dhabi dealt with it professionally and with concern. This is the level of service for which I keep flying with them.
