Sun Country Airlines Cancellation Policy to accommodate different travel needs. If you book a flight directly through Sun Country and cancel within 24 hours—and your flight is at least 7 days away—you can receive a full refund, even on non-refundable tickets. Outside the 24-hour window, cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance you cancel: there’s no fee if you cancel 60 days or more before departure, a $39 fee for cancellations 14 to 59 days out, and a $79 fee for cancellations made 13 days or less before the flight. Sun Country also offers a Change Fee Waiver at the time of booking, allowing you to cancel and receive a travel credit without a fee if done at least one hour before departure.
