My flight on United Airlines CCS Terminal was smooth from beginning to end. Check-in stations were simple to find, and United representatives were polite and friendly. I enjoyed how efficiently my luggage was checked. Though the terminal was a bit crowded, the agents kept the line moving and responded to all of my inquiries with a smile. Security was a breeze, and United signage made it simple to navigate the airport. The gate area was tidy, with good seating and clear announcements in both English and Spanish. I was also grateful that a United representative walked through the gate to assist passengers with disabilities. For a busy international terminal, United's operations were very organized. I'd certainly suggest using United if you're leaving from Caracas.
