Hey everyone,
As remote and hybrid work becomes more common, I’m curious—where do you feel more productive: working from home or at the office?
Personally, I enjoy the flexibility of working from home, but sometimes I miss the structure and face-to-face collaboration that comes with being in the office. On the flip side, the daily commute and distractions at the office can be draining.
What works best for you and why? Do you think companies should stick to hybrid models or return to full-time in-office work? Would love to hear your thoughts!
