I had a smooth travel experience flying from Copa Airlines JFK Terminal. The terminal was clean, with plenty of seating and access to food options nearby. I noticed the Copa staff made announcements in both English and Spanish, which was extremely helpful for international passengers. The check-in counters were clearly marked, and the agents worked efficiently. They were also friendly and handled baggage quickly. What impressed me most was the multilingual support from the ground team—very professional and accommodating. Security lines moved quickly, and signage to the gates was easy to follow. The boarding area was calm, and staff managed passengers with patience. It’s refreshing to see such quality service from Copa at a major airport like JFK.
