Tadalista contains tadalafil, and like other PDE5 inhibitors, it has some important contraindications — meaning people who should not take it due to safety risks. Who should NOT take Tadalista (tadalafil)? People taking nitrates: Any medication containing nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) used for chest pain or heart problems. Combining tadalafil with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe heart problems: Recent heart attack or stroke (within the last 6 months). Unstable angina (chest pain). Severe heart failure. People with low blood pressure (hypotension) or uncontrolled high blood pressure: Tadalista tadalafil can affect blood pressure and may worsen these conditions. People taking certain other medications: Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, ritonavir). Alpha-blockers (used for high blood pressure or prostate problems), unless the dose is stable and supervised by a doctor. People with certain eye conditions: Non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) — sudden vision loss. Retinitis pigmentosa (rare genetic eye disease). People allergic to tadalafil or any ingredient in Tadalista. Important: Always tell your doctor about all your medications and medical conditions before starting Tadalista. Never combine tadalafil with nitrate drugs or recreational drugs called “poppers” (amyl nitrate or butyl nitrate).
