I’ve been exploring luxury residential projects in Gurgaon and recently came across DLF Privana North . It's located in Sector 76, and the project looks quite promising with some incredible specs – 50-storey towers, only 2 apartments per floor, massive 4BHK layouts, and a 3.25-acre resort-style clubhouse.
What really caught my attention was the 12-foot-wide decks and the view of the Aravalli Hills. Plus, 3 car parking slots per apartment! Sounds super luxurious.
Has anyone here already invested or visited the site? Would love to hear some honest feedback on the layout, location vibe, builder's progress, and resale potential. Thanks in advance!
