At the check-in area, I unintentionally left a small item on my flight with EVA Air from JFK. To help, the employees at the Eva Air JFK Terminal went above and beyond. They found my property in 20 minutes after speaking with security. The ground crew was incredibly professional and considerate. I felt as though I was in capable hands. Even before that, I observed how the personnel dealt with an elderly couple who were having trouble carrying their bags. They facilitated the boarding process and promptly provided wheelchair service. Such compassion and patience are uncommon in a hectic airport environment. I appreciate their considerate service, and this encounter strengthened my bond with EVA Air.
