As soon as I landed at Los Angeles International Airport, the service was silky and effective. I was particularly impressed with how the check-in desk at Lufthansa Airlines LAX Terminal was well indicated and handled by friendly employees. The lines were well-paced, and agents ensured that my documents and luggage were well handled. Security was fast due to well-labeled instructions, and the professionalism of staff made a difference. The waiting lounge was well-maintained, well-lit, and had charging stations in nearly every seat. I also saw employees roaming around answering traveler queries, which brought a personal element. There was boarding by groups, and announcements were given in several languages. All the way from check-in to takeoff, there was a co-ordinated, laid-back atmosphere. International travel can be stressful, but Lufthansa at LAX made it seem easy. I would certainly fly with them again, provided you need comfort and professionalism at a busy airport like LAX.
