My experience with the Turkish Airlines Chicago Office was after I had returned from vacation in Istanbul. I chose to go to the Turkish Airlines Chicago Office the following day instead of using a general hotline. Their reaction was quick and business-like. A helpful employee patiently heard me out and prepared a detailed missing luggage report. What was most impressive was their follow-through—both email and phone. They located my bag within four days and had it flown to Chicago and delivered to my home. They even called afterwards to ensure that I received it. The extent of personal care and professionalism was excellent. They handled my case with a sense of urgency, which reassured me. It was wonderful to be reminded that customer support is thriving when you are working with a staff that truly cares. The Turkish Airlines Chicago made a frustrating experience a reminder about how well support can work.
