Hello to all, I just had a connecting flight via British Airways at John Wayne Airport and the experience was excellent. I was a little worried about catching my connection, but British Airways personnel made the whole thing smooth. I was welcomed upon arrival by a representative who escorted me through the transfer process and rechecked my bags for the international sector of the trip. The terminal was spotless, signage was excellent, and the compact size of SNA made it effortless to get around. I did not feel hurried or anxious like I usually do at larger airports. The gate space was serene, with an abundance of charging options and clean bathrooms in close proximity. During boarding time, the British Airways staff completed the process quickly and professionally. They ensured priority boarding for those with tight connections and were friendly throughout. Once onboard, the flight attendants were just as accommodating. From the ground team to the cabin crew, the entire experience was marked by efficiency and hospitality. SNA British Terminal turned what could have been a stressful transfer into a smooth, worry-free experience. I’ll absolutely consider routing future flights through this airport thanks to their stellar service.
