My recent travel to Bogotá on Copa Airlines was really pleasant. Copa Airlines JFK Terminal impressed me with its well-planned arrangement and courteous personnel. In spite of the hustle and bustle environment, check-in lines proceeded smoothly and quickly. I was treated with a smile and walked through the process without being hurried. The bilingual personnel really made a difference in assisting international customers in learning about flight information and requirements. Having been through security, there was ample seating at the gate and clean restrooms in the vicinity. The boarding gate was clearly marked, and announcements were on time. The boarding began right on time and proceeded smoothly. The Copa crew was sure to inform us of boarding group updates and assisted travelers with young children. Such consistency and clarity is not normally experienced at a large airport terminal. My entire departure process seemed calm and businesslike, which foreshadowed the rest of the journey. I give Copa Airlines my highest recommendation for its customer-centricity and great terminal experience at JFK.
