I’m planning to move closer to Sector 77 and stumbled upon DLF Privana South Sector 77 . The project seems premium with features that fit my needs — especially the 4BHK + S layouts and high floor-to-floor heights (3.4 meters!).
Other things I found attractive:
Shuttle elevators with AC lobbies (adds a touch of class)
Only four apartments per core – feels private and secure
Seismic Zone V construction – this is a big plus for safety
Great green coverage (over 88%) in a 25-acre setup
Anyone who has visited the sample flat or booked already — could you share your experience? Would appreciate any photos, floor plans, or insights into the actual finishes and amenities.
