Tadalista 60, which contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, is primarily approved for treating erectile dysfunction in men. However, in some off-label or experimental cases, it has been explored for use in women—particularly for conditions like female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD) or pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). In women, Tadalista 60 mg may help by increasing blood flow to the genital area, which could potentially improve arousal, lubrication, and sensitivity in those with FSAD.

Additionally, its vasodilating effects are studied for improving exercise capacity and reducing symptoms of PAH in both men and women. However, the use of Tadalista 60 in women is not FDA-approved specifically for sexual dysfunction, and research is still limited. It should never be taken without medical supervision, as its safety, hormonal impact, and side effects in women are not fully established. Consultation with a healthcare provider is essential before considering its use in any female patient.
