This was my first international flight, and I felt well-supported from the start. Navigating the Eva Air ORD Terminal was easier than I expected, thanks to the helpful staff and clear airport signage. I was nervous, but the check-in agent took time to explain baggage rules, handed me all necessary documents, and guided me toward security. I had plenty of time to explore the terminal, charge my phone, and relax before boarding. The area around the gate was organized and not too crowded, with digital boards providing real-time updates. Boarding was prompt, with the crew ensuring everyone boarded by zone without confusion. I even saw staff assisting an elderly traveler and a family with toddlers, which showed how attentive EVA is to all kinds of passengers. As a first-time flyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better departure experience. EVA’s professionalism, courtesy, and structure at ORD gave me complete peace of mind. I now understand why so many travelers choose EVA Air—it’s about more than just the flight; it starts from the ground up.
