Hello! From the start, my flight with Qatar Airways MAD Terminal was excellent. The cleanliness and upkeep of the terminal were excellent. It was easy and quick to check in and drop off your bags. With so many amenities and delicious cuisine, I particularly loved the lounge experience prior to boarding. The staff was willing to help when needed, and there were clear instructions to the gates. The boarding process was quick and easy. I never felt crowded at the terminal, which significantly reduced my stress levels. Qatar Airways particularly shines, giving a world-class experience before you even get on the plane. I heartily suggest it.
