The representative was patient and knowledgeable, quickly offering me alternative flights and explaining fare differences clearly. Though it was a stressful situation, the staff’s professionalism helped ease my concerns. Their English and Spanish fluency made communication smooth. The rebooking was done efficiently, and I was even able to get a preferred seat. The terminal itself was well-maintained, and I didn’t feel lost navigating it. There were multiple kiosks available for quick check-in or printing new boarding passes. I left the counter feeling relieved and satisfied. This kind of service makes a big difference, especially during unexpected travel hiccups. Kudos to the Air Europa team at Miami International Airport for their top-tier service and support.
