I traveled from Guangzhou to Toronto via Hainan Airlines CAN Terminal and was pleasantly surprised by how well-organized everything was at CAN Terminal 1. From document verification to security clearance and boarding, every step was clearly guided and efficiently managed. The staff helped me through the health declaration process, which was still required at the time, and even printed out my boarding pass when my mobile app crashed. The terminal signage was easy to follow, and announcements were made in both Mandarin and English. Shops and dining options were plentiful, giving me a chance to grab a last-minute meal before departure. Wi-Fi was free and stable, which helped me stay connected until boarding. Boarding began on time, and priority passengers were called first, which helped maintain order. It was refreshing to experience such an organized departure from a busy international hub. Hainan Airlines and CAN Terminal made international travel feel smooth and stress-free, even during a long-haul journey.
