I recently got the opportunity to enjoy the outstanding service at the Delta Airline Amsterdam Office and I have to tell that it was very admirable. The personnel were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and they were truly happy to help.
A sudden change in my trip plans prompted me to come into the office to modify an international itinerary. I was under a lot of stress and wasn't sure what to do. But the people at the Amsterdam office immediately made me feel comfortable. They were patient in outlining all of the options available in addition to being informed on the airline's policies and processes. Specifically, one of the agents went above and beyond to make sure my new reservations matched my trip requirements while avoiding extra expenses.
Their efficiency and attention to detail were what most impressed me. I double-checked every detail of my reservation, including baggage limitations, seat preferences, and even help at connecting airports. They also made sure to phone me to make sure everything was in order after sending me the revised schedule via email as soon as possible.
