Sharing the wonderful experience my family had with the Envoy Air Milwaukee Office makes me very happy. The staff's professionalism and friendliness came across strongly from the start. The Milwaukee office team made sure that everything went smoothly and swiftly, even though traveling with a family of five can frequently be stressful and complicated.
From our first question regarding flight times to help with baggage and seat assignments, the staff was kind, knowledgeable, and sincerely willing to assist. By personally assisting us in locating the most suitable connecting flights to accommodate our limited time, one service member in particular went above and beyond. It is uncommon to see such dedication, and it is greatly valued.
Weather conditions caused a little delay on the day of our departure. We received timely and accurate updates from the office staff, who also used small incentives like coloring books and nice talk to help soothe the children. It all came down to their meticulousness and ability to keep the atmosphere serene and upbeat.
What was most notable was the way the personnel treated us as valued guests rather than just passengers. They made the entire experience, from check-in to boarding, feel smooth and stress-free with their individualized approach and courteous communication.
