Hi everyone,
I’ve always believed that a clean space contributes to a clear mind — whether it’s a freshly cleaned home or a decluttered routine. Recently, I realized that structured movement plays a similar role in mental clarity.
I’ve been training at The Olympus Projects in Manchester, where their fitness programs are based on Greek mythology themes like Herculean Trials and Aphrodite’s Quest. More than just exercise, it’s about routine, discipline, and creating a personal environment where your body and mind feel in sync.
It got me thinking:
Just as we clean our homes to feel calm, how do we “clean” our habits to feel clear and focused?
Would love to hear how others here link physical or environmental wellness into your daily flow!
Warmly, A health-conscious homebody
