The British Airways Abidjan Office was a delight to deal with recently, and I was positively impacted by the encounter. The kind and professional personnel made me feel very welcome as soon as I came into the office. Their quickness and patience in responding to questions was genuinely admirable.
To fix an urgent problem with a ticket change for my next trip to London, I came into the office. Thanks to the staff at the Abidjan office, what could have been a tense situation was made comfortable and easy. My concerns were attentively heard by the staff, who also made sure I was okay with the modifications being made and provided me with a number of options with thorough explanations.
What most impressed me was their openness in communicating and sincere desire to assist.
