The Norse-Atlantic-Cancellation-Policy allows passengers to cancel their reservations, but whether you receive a refund depends largely on the ticket type and the timing of the cancellation. According to the policy, cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 7 days before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund, in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations. Outside of this window, refund eligibility becomes more restrictive. Passengers who purchase more flexible fare options may cancel and receive refunds or travel credits, while those on economy light or basic fares often forfeit most of their fare upon cancellation.
