Women should not take Tadarise Pro 40mg (which contains tadalafil) for sexual enhancement, as it is not approved for use in females (FDA or equivalent) and its safety and effectiveness in women have not been established. While tadalafil is prescribed for erectile dysfunction in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension in both sexes, medical authorities and prescribing information clearly state it is not intended for women, especially for treating sexual dysfunction.
One small randomized crossover trial in healthy women taking a single oral 40?mg dose of tadalafil found reduced urethral sphincter pressure, but no observed improvement in urinary flow rates, and more frequent mild side effects than in typical male participants. This limits the generalizability of results to therapeutic use in women
